Happy Birthday Mom!

Auntie Marci and Mimi spent last Saturday with AJ so that I could coach a lacrosse tournament and get my hair done on my birthday. Thank you mom and sister! AJ loves hanging out with you and he appreciates your sense of fashion. The rest of my family joined us for dinner at my favorite local restaurant, Bistro West. Birthdays are fun.

what a champ!

AJ had his 2 month checkup which included 5 yucky vaccination shots to his cute little thighs. He was a champ though and only whimpered for a minute before falling asleep. He weighs 11 pounds 12 ounces and is 22.5 inches long. Both are in the 50th percentile so our little stud is as average as can be.

Growing up

A lot has happened in AJ's life over the past week. He watched his first Super Bowl, played with some toys, hung out with Mimi while Mommy went to work, grew out of his newborn clothes (most of them at least), started saving for college (thanks to Great Grandma Jody), and he is smiling! It's amazing how the littliest things can mean so much.
